RATES:

Prices include VAT, but exclude tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night. Breakfast is extra at €15 per person per day.

Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard.

Bank cheques, vouchers (ancv) and American Express cards are not accepted.

BOOKINGS:

In order to register your booking, a valid bank card number is required. This credit card covers all services booked during your stay, as well as late cancellations and no-shows.

For all bookings we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay (excluding extras and tourist tax).

For non-refundable rates, 100% of the total cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations must be made in writing.  If your cancellation has not been registered 15 days before your arrival, the deposit paid will be retained.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay initially booked will be charged.

HOTEL:

Rooms are available from 4:00pm and must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.  If you wish to have your room before 4:00pm on the day of arrival, we recommend that you book the previous night. Similarly, for late departures, booking the following night will allow you to keep your room after 11:00am. If you do not wish to book an extra night, we are happy to store your luggage at reception.

Our continental breakfast is served in your room only.

A cot can be provided free of charge on request when booking (subject to availability).

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Free private car park closed at night. Free bicycle garage on request when booking (subject to availability on the day).

Free WIFI.

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

GALETS BEACH:

Bath towels will be provided.

Canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddles are available free of charge for exploring the bay.

Little tip: Beach slippers are recommended.
